Coworking firm Industrious has signed a full-floor, 27,000-square-foot lease at One Uptown. The 348,000-square-foot office building — which is also home to Nvidia Corp. (Nasdaq: NVDA) — is a big part of North Austin’s Uptown ATX development near The Domain.
